TERMINATION OF AGRICULTURAL LEASE DECLARATION BY THE LANDS AUTHORITY I hereby declare that the under-mentioned land, which is Government property, is required for a public purpose in accordance with the provisions of the Government Lands Act (Cap. 573) of the Laws of Malta. 5th March, 2024 Description of the Land The following land at St Paul’s Bay: A plot of land measuring about 2,293 square metres, bounded on the north and south by Government property and from the west by Triq Emmanuele Pinto or more precise boundaries and is registered on Authority records as part of tenement number J52720.
