Fuq inkarigu taċ-Chairman tal-Awtorità tal-Artijiet, skont l-Att dwar Artijiet tal-Gvern, Kapitolu 573 tal-Liġijiet ta’ Malta, qiegħed niffissa l-kera tal-akkwist għall-perjodu ta’ sena (1) tal-proprjetà hawn taħt deskritta fi Triq Ta’ Bur il-Kbir, fis-Siġġiewi, li hija meħtieġa mill-Gvern għal skop pubbliku, u dan wara li kkunsidrajt il-lokalità, il-qies, l-għamla, l-istat u l-potenzjal, skont il-pjanijiet u l-konfini taż-żona tal-iżvilupp kif maħruġa uffiċjalment mill-Awtorità tal-Ippjanar, kif ukoll il-valur ta’ proprjetajiet oħra viċini jew simili u ħwejjeġ oħra li jista’ jkollhom effett fuq il-valur tal-istess proprjetà. Biċċa art tal-kejl ta’ madwar 78 metru kwadru, li tmiss mill- Majjistral ma’ proprjetà tal-Uffiċċju Konġunt, min-Nofsinhar u mix-Xlokk ma’ proprjetà ta’ sidien mhux magħrufa jew irjieħ verjuri, hija murija delinjata bil-kulur ikħal u mmarkata bħala plot ‘13’ fuq il-pjanta P.D. nru. 2020_0100H. Il-kera tal-akkwist għall-perjodu ta’ sena (1) għall-biċċa art hawn fuq imsemmija hija ta’ erbgħa u erbgħin Ewro u tmienja u ħamsin ċenteżmu (€44.58). Architect’s Valuation (Original in Maltese) Valuation of plot 13 in Triq Ta’ Bur il-Kbir, at Siġġiewi, which is being acquired by title of Possession and Use for a period of one (1) year, required by Government for a Public Purpose. As instructed by the Chairman of the Land Authority, in terms of Government Lands Act, Chapter 573 of the Laws of Malta, I am determining the acquistion rent for a period of one (1) year of the property mentioned below in Triq Ta’ Bur il-Kbir, at Siġġiewi, which is required by the Government for a public purpose, and this after having considered the locality, size, shape, state and potential, in terms of the plans and boundaries of the development zone as officially published by the Planning Authority, as well as the value of similar properties nearby and other matters which may effect the value of the same property. A plot of land measuring about 78 square metres, bounded on the North West by property of the Joint Office and on the South and South East by property of unknown owners or more precise boundaries, is shown delineated with the colour blue and marked as plot no. ‘13’ on plan P.D. no. 2020_0100H. The acquistion rent for a period of one (1) year for the above mentioned plot of land is forty four Euros and fifty eight cents (€44.58).
