TERMINATION OF AGRICULTURAL LEASE DECLARATION BY THE LANDS AUTHORITY I hereby declare that the undermentioned land, which is Government property, is required for a public purpose in accordance with the provisions of the Government Lands Act (Cap. 573) of the Laws of Malta. 18th February, 2025 Description of the Land The following land at Ħ’Attard: A plot of land measuring about 3,897 square metres, bounded on the South by property of unknown owners, on the North by a public road, and on the East by property of the Joint Office and is registered on Authority records as tenement number 052232-001. The abovementioned land is being terminated in connection with the Waste water Treatment Plant as part of the National Park project at Ta’ Qali. The abovementioned land is shown marked with the colour blue on plan P.D. 142_85_2, which may be viewed on demand at the Lands Authority, Auberge de Baviere, Valletta.
